Common questions
What is the difference between as complete and as stabilized?
As complete is the value when construction is finished. As stabilized is the value once the property reaches normal occupancy, which can be months later.
Do you deduct lease-up costs?
Yes. When a property is not yet stabilized, we account for the rent loss and costs of reaching stabilized occupancy.
Need a commercial appraisal?
Tell us about the property and what the appraisal is for. We will respond with a fee and a delivery date, usually within one business day.
