Services
Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Receivership Appraisals
Appraisals for Connecticut foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings and court-appointed receivers, for lenders, borrowers, trustees and their attorneys.
Foreclosure
In Connecticut foreclosures, the court relies on appraised value in setting the terms, and value can matter again in a deficiency proceeding.
Bankruptcy
Values for plan confirmation, adequate protection and secured-claim disputes, prepared with testimony in mind.
Receivership
Market value and marketing guidance for receivers managing or selling distressed property.
Distressed property
Properties with deferred maintenance, high vacancy, code issues or limited access, where a careful inspection matters most.
Common questions
Do you work for both lenders and borrowers?
Yes. We are independent and work for either side, as long as there is no conflict on the property.
Can you appraise a property without interior access?
Sometimes. If interior access is not possible, we can complete an exterior-only appraisal with clearly stated assumptions.
Need a commercial appraisal?
Tell us about the property and what the appraisal is for. We will respond with a fee and a delivery date, usually within one business day.
