Information you send us

When you request a quote, we receive the information you enter in the form: your name, company, email, phone number, the property address, the property type and purpose, how you heard about us, and any notes. The form sends this information by email to our partners. We use it to respond to your request and prepare a fee quote.

How we measure website use

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which search engine, AI assistant or website referred the visit. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as approximate location, device and browser type. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

First-visit information

The site stores a small note in your browser that records how you first arrived (for example, from a search engine or another website), the first page you viewed and the date. If you submit a quote request, this note is sent with your request so we know how you found us. It stays on your device, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that host the website and deliver email on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

Appraisal assignments

Information about appraisal assignments is kept confidential as required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
