Matthew Baldi
Partner and commercial real estate appraiser at Baldi Real Estate Valuation.
Matt is a partner at Baldi Valuation and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Connecticut. He has been with the firm since 2014.
He develops market valuations, analyzes cash flows, and builds the sale and rent comparable data behind the firm's reports, working with owners, lenders, attorneys and market participants across Connecticut.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business and is working toward the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Matt especially enjoys appraising land, apartment buildings, mixed-use and retail property.
