Michael L. Baldi, Jr., MAI, AI-GRS
Founder and managing partner of Baldi Real Estate Valuation.
Mike founded Baldi Valuation in Colchester in 2014. He holds the MAI designation and the AI-GRS (General Review Specialist) designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut.
Before founding the firm he appraised commercial property with Valbridge Property Advisors (Italia & Lemp) in Hartford. His work covers multifamily, industrial, office, retail and lodging property, and his largest single valuation was roughly $60 million.
